Construction Site ManagerThe Construction Site Manager is responsible for the management of real estate; they ensure its maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment work. As a representative of the Project Owner, they actively participate in the planning and construction of new buildings or missions.Integrated into the maintenance department, you directly assume the management of a portfolio of several buildings, actively collaborate within a team on the management of annual budgets, and participate in the drafting of credit request reports for authorities. You establish renovation or premises layout projects, monitor the work, and assume quality control.ProfileHolder of a Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Federal VET Diploma in building construction with a Construction Site Manager diploma, you have several years of experience, if possible within a public administration. Endowed with great writing skills, you possess an interest in Facility Management. You master AutoCAD and Messerli tools and have very good knowledge of office software (Windows environment).
