We are looking for a growing organization, Manager of the real estate/concierge sector. We are searching on behalf of a growing structure established in the Lausanne region, for a Manager of the real estate/concierge sector. MISSION DESCRIPTIONYou will manage the concierge company (human resources management, monitoring, and budgeting).You will supervise and animate a team of building concierges.You will ensure the smooth operation of various sites (cleanliness, technical maintenance of the locations).You will implement procedures to guarantee a quality service for customers.You will be the on-site reference for concierges/property management for any questions and/or issues that need to be addressed.You will lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement processes.You will participate in follow-up meetings with management.PROFILEYou have confirmed experience in managing multi-site teams (real estate, technical services sector, concierge).Good knowledge of the technical management of a property.Good knowledge of German is an asset.You have excellent customer service skills, are proactive and solution-oriented.A driving license is required (travel within the Romandy region). jid2d2acc3aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
