Church and leading non-profit social organization in Switzerland, The Salvation Army Switzerland offers support to people in difficult life situations. The Real Estate unit at the Headquarters in Bern acts as a center of expertise in our fields of activity and makes an important contribution to the preservation of the value of our buildings across 150 sites. We manage and renovate a multitude of diverse buildings throughout Switzerland in all areas (social works, pastoral works, thrift stores), particularly for our own needs. We have approximately 30 properties in French-speaking Switzerland, including 8 large social institutions such as nursing homes. These are essentially internal, non-profit, but we also have some external properties to manage according to tenancy law.
