Cardis Immobilier is looking for a real estate broker (m/f/d) in the Montreux, Lausanne, Morges, or Geneva area.Mission:Develop and enhance your network as well as your market knowledge to generate sales and acquisition opportunities for residential properties. Advise sellers and buyers with rigor, a sense of service, listening skills, and mastery of the sales process from A to Z, up to the conclusion, by defining a strategy tailored to each property. Embody and represent Cardis' expertise to a demanding clientele and key partners.Profile:Experience in real estate brokerage or proven activity in the sector, with a clear desire to evolve your existing network or develop relationships with property owners, investors, developers, or business initiators in your region. Comfortable with a structured commercial approach, focused on quality and strong interpersonal skills, professional rigor, service mindset, and a taste for well-done work, all aimed at performance.
