• Accounting training, Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting (an asset),
• Confirmed professional experience (min 3 to 5 years) in real estate accounting in Switzerland,
• Mastery of accounting specifics related to the real estate sector (rents, provisions, PPE, etc.),
• Knowledge of Swiss VAT (an asset),
• Perfect command of common IT tools, Abaimmo an asset,
• Analytical skills, rigour, autonomy and ability to work on several files simultaneously,
• Good interpersonal skills, service orientation and team spirit.

Your responsibilities:

As a real estate accountant dedicated to institutional clients, you will be responsible for all real estate and general accounting related to the management of important and strategic properties and portfolios. Your tasks will notably include:

• Maintaining the real estate accounting of the various portfolios (rents, charges, adjustments, statements, etc.),
• Ensuring the reliability of the financial data of the managed buildings (P&L and Balance Sheet),
• Preparing and producing financial reports (quarterly) for institutional owners,
• Managing VAT and preparing declarations,
• Participating in the preparation and monitoring of management budgets,
• Preparing interim and annual closings,
• Preparing annual charge statements and heating statements for tenants,
• Monitoring payments, reconciliations and managing debtor and creditor accounts,
• Participating in the continuous improvement of accounting processes.
