• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Preparation of condominium owners' association statements
• Preparation of management statements
• Execution of payments
• Collection of rents and condominium owners' association accounts
• Reminders, including debt collection, terminations, and evictions
• Assisting with service administration
• Active participation in improving work processes
• Exchange of ideas

Your profile:

• Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification
• Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language
• Knowledge of the Immob10 software would be an advantage
