- Complete management of PPE accounting
- Preparation of budgets and annual closings
- Allocation of charges and monitoring of renovation funds
- Heating and concierge billing
- Management of rental accounting
- Monitoring of receipts, reminders, disputes and legal proceedings
- Bank reconciliations and administrative management related to the role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in real estate accounting: a real advantage
- Rigorous, organised and autonomous personality
- Good stress resistance and sense of priorities
