You will participate in financial planning, handle disputes, and ensure the management of real estate transactions. You bring a completed professional apprenticeship or diploma in accounting. Work experience: 3 to 5 years in an accounting function with a good understanding of property accounting: you understand real estate transactions and service charge statements. Management of SAP REFX tools: you use SAP REFX to carry out transactions and collaborate with teams. Financial and budget analysis: you explain overhead costs and participate in budgeting.
