We look forward to your personal contribution.Real Estate AccountantYour missions:- Accounting supervision of one or more management groups.- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for buildings and owners.- Management and control of utility accounts.- Execution of corrections, transitional postings in balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, debit corrections with the managers.- Support and advice to managers during the arrival of new clients, including the entry of the opening balance.- Preparation of reports for EPS accounts and liaison accounts as well as financial accounting.Your profile:- CFC in real estate accounting specialist SVIT, fiduciary or equivalent professional experience.- Several years of professional experience in accounting/finance/closing, preferably in real estate accounting.- Knowledge of rental law.- Experience in preparing balance sheets/profit and loss accounts.- Numeric aptitude, affinity for a digital working mode, and openness to change.- Knowledge of G-REM X environment desired.- French language, knowledge of German is a plus.- Reliability, team spirit, and good stress resistance.- Independent, precise, reliable, and internally oriented working mode, specialized courses and management courses in our Livit Academy.- Financial support and/or adjustment of working hours for external specialists and access to electronic learning for online language courses.- Individual career plan and development prospects.- Home/Mobile Office.- Bonus based on company and personal performance.- Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation with the possibility to purchase up to 10 additional vacation days.- Above-average pension benefits: insurance premiums, daily allowances, and accident insurance are fully covered by vacation days.Livit Family Process:We love real estate and are committed with enthusiasm to enhancing the value of our clients' properties.
