Our client is urgently looking to complete their team with a

REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTANT M/F

Location: Geneva Reference: CICV Work rate: 100% Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Accounting management of a property portfolio
• Entry and payment of invoices related to the portfolio
• Preparation of various statements
• Management of mortgage loans
• Monitoring rent collections
• Relations with tenants, owners and internal departments
• Creation of internal procedures
• Processing of owner availabilities
• Monitoring and reconciliation of liquidity accounts

Experience and skills:

• Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• 3-5 years of experience as an accountant within a real estate agency in Switzerland
• Native French speaker, excellent spelling
• Proficient with common IT tools
• Administrative and organisational rigour, excellent stress management and ability to handle large volumes of work
• Swiss or valid work permit
