Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)

  • Accounting management of a portfolio of rental and commercial properties, according to deadlines and/or specific instructions
  • Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
  • Carrying out various administrative or accounting tasks related to the department's activities
  • Posting/approval of all invoices for ancillary costs and heating/hot water within deadlines and according to accounting rules
  • Support during tenant account regularisation and in cases of statement disputes
  • Other tasks assigned to the accounting department

Requirements
  • Holder of a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent training
  • At least 3 years of experience in a real estate agency
  • Good stress resistance and priority management
  • Excellent command of IT tools; knowledge of GREM is an advantage
  • Native French speaker
  • Customer-oriented and team spirit
