We are looking, for our client located in Lausanne, for a:

Responsibilities :

• Processing of condominium property accounting
  
• Checking and validating invoices
• Managing bank accounts and cash flow
• Managing co-owners’ current accounts
• Preparing condominium budgets
  
• Managing renovation funds
• Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements

Profile :

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent
  
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of professional experience in real estate accounting
  
• Interest in condominium accounting
• Good knowledge of common IT tools, Quorum (= an asset)
  
• Organised, responsible and autonomous person
