Strengthen our real estate accounting team at the central office in Bern immediately or at a mutually convenient time as a Real Estate Accountant.Your tasksIn this position, you will be responsible for the independent accounting management of your own real estate portfolio. This includes preparing heating cost statements and ancillary charges as well as annual closings. You will also be in charge of collections. You will participate in activities and provide cover when team members are absent. Following up on accounts receivable and payable as well as contributing to projects complete a diverse range of activities.Your backgroundYou have a basic commercial education and preferably have completed a professional development as a qualified accounting employee, or you are a certified accountant with good knowledge of real estate accounting. You are a French speaker, but good knowledge of German or Italian would be an asset. Reliability and efficiency are qualities that set you apart. You have a team spirit and work with precision.
