We are looking for a candidate in the region for the position of:
R&D Technician 80-100% (w/m/d)
Your Challenge- Conducting and analyzing tests, dokumenting the results
- Maintaining an organized and well-functioning laboratory, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Adhering to safety regulations and promoting best practices within the team
- Collaborating with R&D teams to optimize testing methods
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues with tests and equipment
- Contributing to process improvement and standardization of best practices
- Maintaining test documentation and reporting to stakeholders
- Completed technical training (e.g. Electrician, Automation Technician)
- Practical experience in laboratory testing within an R&D or technical environment
- Experience in handling laboratory equipment (measurement, testing, and analytical tools)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and validate test results
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and systematically document test results
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German language skills are a plus
