On behalf of our client, a recognized player in the field of interior design and technical building solutions, we are looking for a Business Manager specializing in radiant ceilings to support the development of their activities.Business Manager – Radiant CeilingsYour missions- Ensure the complete follow-up of projects, from the study to the acceptance of the work.- Participate in the technical design of projects and provide solutions adapted to client needs.- Organize and coordinate the interventions of internal teams and external partners.- Supervise construction sites and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality of execution.- Manage installation teams and ensure the monitoring of subcontractors.- Collaborate closely with architects, general contractors, design offices, and other project stakeholders.- Guarantee fluid communication between all parties involved.Your profile- HES Engineer degree in thermal engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience of at least 4 years in project management and site supervision.- Solid skills in construction management and coordination of different trades.- Knowledge of radiant ceilings, metal ceilings, island systems, or other technical ceiling solutions.- Ability to plan, organize, and manage several projects simultaneously.- Mastery of current tools as well as AutoCAD and MS Project.- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit.- Fluent French or German, with a good command of the second language.We offer- A key position within a dynamic and growing company.- Varied and technically challenging projects.- A human-sized structure favoring autonomy and taking responsibility.Do you wish to invest yourself sustainably in a company recognized for its expertise and participate in large-scale projects?
