Technical CFC (micromechanics, polymecanics, quality, mechanics, etc.) or equivalent
Proven experience in quality control (ideally in industry / watchmaking)
Proficient with measuring tools: calliper, micrometre, profile projector, 3D, etc.
Reading plans, ISO standards, metrology
Rigour, autonomy, analytical skills and team spirit
Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, Excel, measuring software) Dimensional, visual and functional checks of parts
Management of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions
Monitoring quality indicators and writing reports
Participation in internal / external audits
Close collaboration with production, methods and engineering
Proposing continuous improvements to optimise processes
