Senior Quality TechnicianWithin the Quality department, become a support to the Quality Management in the implementation, maintenance, and development of a system.Mission:- Ensure the maintenance and development of the quality management system (QMS) according to ISO standards.- Ensure compliance with quality requirements within production departments (machining, treatment, assembly, etc.).- Be a field quality reference: regular presence in production, support for teams, and resolution of concrete problems.- Manage internal and external non-conformities: root cause analysis (8D methods, 5 Whys), implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.- Collaborate closely with production to ensure compliance with quality standards and intervene quickly in case of process drift.- Participate in internal and external audits and contribute to the validation of products and the validation of initial samples.- Contribute to the drafting, updating, and management of quality documentation (procedures, instructions, control plans).- Raise awareness and train staff on quality requirements and good practices.- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects in collaboration with technical and production teams.Professional skills:- Holder of a diploma or title deemed equivalent, supplemented by training in quality with confirmed experience in system and product quality (approximately 5 years in a similar position).- Knowledge of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, FMEA, audit, document management, etc.).- Technical knowledge of metallurgical products and processes would be a plus.- Excellent command of ISO standards.- Proficiency in French (German and/or English would be a plus).Personal and social skills:- Team spirit, listening skills, and adaptability to different interlocutors (comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment).- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, solution-oriented.- Field-oriented person, autonomous and methodical, able to withstand stress.- Rigorous, sense of priority management.- Writing skills.We offer:- Advantageous social conditions based on the Swissmem collective agreement.- A multicultural and exciting work environment.- A challenge within an SME. jid0f675daaen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
