Our client, a leader in the design of advanced industrial machines, is continuing its expansion in Neuchâtel. To strengthen its teams, we are recruiting a: Quality Specialist – Mechanical Sector MISSION DESCRIPTION - Monitoring the quality of parts: Control of parts manufactured internally and by suppliers, adjustment of measurement tools. - Non-conformity analysis: analysis of recurring non-qualitative issues, investigation of root causes, implementation of corrective and preventive action plans. - Support for QCO teams: Assistance for parts control and control plans. - Management of measurement tools: Monitoring, calibration of measurement tools, external if interdepartmental: Close collaboration with machining, assembly, methods, technical office departments, and the Team Leader: Ensure continuity of daily activities in the absence of the regulatory manager: Guarantee compliance of processes with quality standards in poly-mechanics, industrial drawing or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years in mechanics (machining, assembly) and/or Minimum 2 years in quality control and metrology (may include management of NC). - Experience in non-conformity management and problem-solving; mastery of measurement instruments and quality control techniques / Reading technical plans and knowledge in mastery of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint / Knowledge of SAP and quality/metrology software is a plus. - Languages: Fluent French; English required; German appreciated.
