Quality Project Manager (80 - 100%)is the industry association of Swiss health insurers, whose members represent 100% of the country's insured population. The priority is to engage in political and social dialogue in favor of a high-quality and financially sustainable Swiss system. On behalf of its members, the Quality and HTA department is committed to the development of quality in the Swiss system. It negotiates, concludes, and develops the quality contracts provided for in Art. 58a KVG with service provider associations. It favors a data-driven approach, represents the interests of insurers within the main specialized bodies of the industry as well as at the national level, and is committed to efficient and demand-oriented quality of care.We are looking for a specialist for the position of Quality Project Manager (80 - 100%) starting January 1st or at a date to be agreed upon.In this role, you contribute directly to the development of quality in the Swiss system. You represent the interests of insurers and the insured within the framework of national projects and participate in the development of quality contracts provided for in Art. 58a KVG.The main responsibilities are as follows:- Lead negotiations with service provider associations regarding quality contracts provided for in Art. 58a KVG, as well as ensure their conclusion and implementation- Manage and develop existing quality contracts in all areas of compulsory health insurance (OKP)- Represent the association within specialized bodies, working groups, and projects at the national and cantonal levels in the field of quality- Develop specialized analyses, reports, and decision-making bases in the field of quality of care- Co-lead the internal specialized group Quality, composed of representatives of our members- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with service providers, associations, quality organizations, cantons, and federal authorities- Be the internal reference person for questions related to the quality of care and provide specialized support to other departmentsYour profile- You have a relevant professional background in quality management, for example in the clinical field, or in-depth knowledge and experience in the fields of health policy, health economics, or public health- You have several years of professional experience in the health sector and are familiar with the actors as well as the structures of the Swiss system, particularly in the field of compulsory health insurance (OKP) and quality development- You have experience in negotiating, concluding, and implementing contracts, and you distinguish yourself by your negotiation skills as well as your sense of diplomacy- You have an analytical mind, know how to communicate complex subjects in a manner adapted to your interlocutors, both orally and in writing, and enjoy interdisciplinary work- You have excellent language skills, both orally and in writing, in German and French; good knowledge of English is an asset- Do you not meet all the listed criteria?
