Quality OfficerTo allow you to join a world-renowned watchmaking manufacture in the Geneva area, we are offering a long-term temporary position as:QUALITY OFFICERMISSION DESCRIPTION- Identify and analyze internal (lines or inter-Divisions) and/or external (suppliers) non-conformities.- Propose and implement preventive actions throughout the production cycle.- Initiate and/or lead continuous improvement projects.- Perform audits of workstations/processes/products/systems/suppliers internally or externally.- Participate in the management of Quality standards for the company and propose Quality methodologies and tools.- Provide methodological support on Quality tools and approaches.- Process non-conformities and data analysis.- Ensure good communication with all Quality contributors.- Develop and adapt, if necessary, Quality tools to the needs of the business.PROFILE- Higher education (HES/Master/Engineer) with a specialization in Quality.- Industrial experience in managing Quality projects, ideally in the watchmaking sector.- Mastery of preventive and corrective Quality management tools (risk analysis, FMEA, QRQC, 8D, SPC, audit...).- Experience in project management.- Rigor, synthesis skills, and autonomy.- Ease of communication and good team spirit.- Excellent communication (oral and written) and customer orientation.- Leadership in change management.If you want to seize this unique opportunity to put your skills to work and be a driver of continuous improvement for this prestigious manufacture, apply online as soon as possible! jid9b71a03aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
