Our dynamic team strives to offer you prospects in line with your project.In the context of a long-term temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, a watch manufacture based in the Canton of Geneva, for a:Quality OfficerYour mission:- Identify and analyze non-conformities at a transversal and/or external level.- Perform audits of workstations/processes/products/systems/suppliers internally or externally.- Propose and implement prevention actions throughout the production cycle.- Initiate and/or lead continuous improvement projects.- Participate in the management of Quality repositories to support performance stakes throughout the product life cycle.Required technical skills:- Mastery of the process approach of activities.- Mastery of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, Pareto and cause-effect diagrams, PDCA, 5 Whys, etc.), problem analysis and resolution.- Ability to apply the sensory analysis methodology.- Knowledge of watch product manufacturing methods.- Ability to lead a project.- Mastery of office tools, particularly Excel.Your profile:- ES diploma and/or Engineer with a specialization in Quality or deemed equivalent.- 2 to 5 years of minimum experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking industry.- Excellent sense of communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.- Proactive, critical, and methodical.- Ability to work in a team and lead a project team.- Listening skills.- Ability to make decisions.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great prospects, send us your complete file as soon as possible (CV, work certificates, diploma, identity document, criminal record extract).Without a response from us within 15 days, please consider that we have not retained your application.
