Based in Switzerland, our Watch and Perfume divisions offer an authentic and exciting environment with great career opportunities.OpportunityTo strengthen the Quality team within our Case Manufacturing facility based in Saignelégier, we are looking for a:Quality EngineerReporting to the Quality Manager, your main mission is to actively participate in ensuring the conformity and reliability of our case products (watch cases and dials) throughout the production chain by defining, implementing, and maintaining the necessary control means and a quality approach.Handling of quality non-conformities and incidentsIn close collaboration with the various production sectors and support functions, you ensure the handling of quality issues encountered and follow up on their resolution (launching and steering the problem-solving process, implementing preventive and corrective actions, active monitoring of the action plan). You orchestrate the complete cycle of non-conformities, from their in-depth analysis to the final feedback to clients, ensuring the effective removal of blocking points. In this context, you identify relevant technical solutions by adopting a continuous improvement approach for Quality procedures.You plan and lead transversal quality meetings whose objective will be problem-solving and the implementation of internal and external improvements, by rigorously applying resolution methodologies (8D, QRQC). In parallel, you develop and ensure the regular monitoring of quality KPIs, analyses, and numerical progress as well as corrective actions implemented or deployed. You provide technical support to production teams and organize training sessions to raise their awareness of digital quality tools and problem-solving.Deployment of RDP and FMEA approachesYou ensure the deployment of FMEA methodologies to prevent quality risks and actively steer problem-solving processes to identify root causes and then implement effective corrective and preventive actions. You train and support teams in the use of these methodologies, while regularly sharing the progress of these projects with the relevant managers. Finally, you are in charge of managing quality projects.BackgroundWith an Engineering degree, you have a minimum of five years of experience in problem-solving and defining control means, ideally in the watchmaking sector. Your in-depth mastery of quality tools (risk analysis, problem-solving) allows you to support and improve quality throughout the production chain. You have a very good command of SAP; Quick Control (or equivalent software) is a plus.Dynamic, committed, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork. Both pragmatic and analytical, you demonstrate a great capacity for analysis and synthesis, thus contributing to the development of the department.
