To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:Quality Delegate, permanent contract, 100%What we expect from you:- Implement the quality policy, monitor quality indicators, and establish regular reports- Conduct steering committees and management reviews- Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements- Manage internal and external audits- Implement preventive actions aimed at continuous improvement of processes- Raise awareness and train teams on good quality practices and ensure traceability- Manage quality and ensure its compliance- Monitor center incidents and verify the effectiveness of associated action plansWhat you bring:- Higher education in the field of quality, engineering, science, or an equivalent field- Confirmed experience in a quality function- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 13485)- Mastery of audit tools and document management- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and teamwork skills, good communication, and ability to unite your interlocutors- Languages: French (native language), German (level B2-C1), English (an asset)- Autonomous working methodHave we sparked your interest?
