Our Opportunity

To strengthen our Assembly Manufacture based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:



Quality Controller in Gemmology



Attached to the Quality department, you ensure the inspection of diamonds and coloured stones according to the House standards as well as the inspection of high watchmaking pieces. You actively participate in inventories and stock monitoring and are a driving force for any continuous improvement projects within the department.

Control Procedures & Continuous Improvement

In regular contact with production and suppliers, you report any useful information with a view to continuous improvement. You actively participate in the development of the quality control department of our pieces by producing inspection reports using Quick Control. In collaboration with the various production sectors, you ensure the follow-up of issues encountered with a view to standardising and continuously improving quality procedures.

Coordination & Communication

You participate in quality meetings and continuous improvement working groups to discuss encountered problems and actively contribute to improvements.

Your Background

With training in gemmology or diamonds, you have initial experience in the inspection and/or sorting of diamonds and coloured stones. Your knowledge of the Quick Control tool is an asset.

Proactive and a source of suggestions, you are recognised for your ability to propose innovative and relevant improvements. An excellent communicator, you share your knowledge and your interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively in finding solutions.

You pay particular attention to the quality of your work and demonstrate meticulousness and rigour. Finally, you are able to make decisions quickly in line with the department’s expectations.
