Our agency, through a watchmaking manufacturer based in Geneva, is looking for a Quality Controller for watch components (M/F) to strengthen its teams. Profile sought: - Diploma X (level TQ1 or equivalent).- Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the watchmaking industry.- Ability to work both independently and in a team.- Mastery of conventional and optical measurement tools.- Knowledge of ERP software and quality management (QC).- Autonomy, team spirit, manual dexterity, rigor, and a sense of commitment.Main tasks: - Ensure the aesthetic, functional, and dimensional conformity of casing and movement components according to established plans.- Use traditional measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and optical (Marcel Aubert, Keyence).- Record inspections in specialized software, such as QuickControl, and prepare detailed reports.- Highlight non-conformities by identifying defective parts and updating the ERP regarding the control.- Pack components and ensure their traceability.- Actively participate in the approach.If you recognize yourself in this profile, we look forward to receiving your complete application (CV, work certificates, diplomas). jidebec13caen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
