Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
Quality Controller for Movement Components M/F at 100%
- Technical training (micromechanics, quality...), TQ1 a serious asset
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in Quality Control of movement components in watchmaking
- Proficient in reading plans
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments (dial gauge, probe, Marcel Aubert)
- Good command of computer tools (Office suite)
- Knowledge of Quick Control and an ERP system
- Autonomous, rigorous person with strong analytical skills
- Excellent dexterity and very good visual acuity
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate transversally with all types of colleagues
- Aesthetic and dimensional control upon receipt of movement components (bridges, plates, screws..)
- Management of non-conformities upon receipt, analyse and quantify them
- Analysis of internal quality issues
- Ensure in-process control and SPC monitoring
- Liaise with manufacturing
- Read plans and dimensioning systems
- Manage control ranges in Quick Control
