On behalf of one of our clients in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a Quality Controller on a 2X8 shift schedule (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the incoming inspection of components and the entry of documents.
• You will enter the administrative data of the batch.
• You will check the consistency of the process/plan.
• You will carry out aesthetic, dimensional and functional inspections by verifying the relevance of the measurement according to the protocols of the CQAO software.
• You will make proposals for quality improvement (inspection process, typical defect panels, definition plans...).

Your profile:

• You have a TQ1 qualification.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in quality control.
• You have knowledge of the watchmaking industry.
• You are proficient in reading plans and have good knowledge of common measuring tools (Marcel Aubert, OGP, micrometer, etc.).
• You are proficient with IT tools - SAP is an advantage.
• You have knowledge of movements - a plus.
• You have a keen eye for observation and detail and are organised and rigorous.
