Your mission:As part of the strengthening of industrial activities for our client, we are looking for a Quality Control Manager 100% capable of structuring, supporting, and developing the quality control environment. You will direct and guarantee that all delivered products meet dimensional, functional, and aesthetic requirements.Responsibilities:- Manage, motivate, and support the team (approx. 9 people) of quality controllers.- Organize the distribution of tasks and plan control priorities.- Monitor performance (quality, deadlines, productivity).- Supervise dimensional, visual, and functional component checks.- Guarantee the traceability of parts and the proper maintenance of measuring equipment.- Collaborate with production, methods, and quality departments to define corrective actions.- Ensure the availability, proper maintenance, and calibration of measuring instruments.- Participate in the selection and introduction of new control methods (tools, methods, systems).Your profile:- Technical education (CFC with experience, ES Technician, or equivalent) in a field such as microtechnology, precision mechanics, or similar.- Experience in quality control (dimensional and/or aesthetic), ideally in a demanding industrial environment (watchmaking, precision mechanics, etc.).- Proven experience in team management or leadership.- Mastery of measuring instruments and control techniques (profile projectors, 3D means, etc.).- Keen sense of precision, rigor, analytical capacity, and solution-oriented mindset.- Ease in communication and a taste for cross-functional work with production and quality departments.We offer:- A position with responsibilities at the heart of product quality, in a modern and forward-looking company.- A stimulating work environment, with varied activities and a real impact on industrial performance.- Conditions allowing you to exercise your responsibilities with a certain degree of autonomy and flexibility, according to the needs of the position. jidf0c9c4eaen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
