## Job Description ##

* Perform microbiological testing and shipment of water, bulk, and raw material samples
* Collect water samples and ensure microbiological and chemical monitoring
* Conduct second-level bulk manufacturing controls (organoleptic, pH, viscosity, density, centrifugation, microscopy, Karl Fischer)
* Open and manage Out-Of-Specification (OOS) and Non-Conformance (NC) cases
* Participate in investigations of OOS, NCs, and customer complaints, including QC report writing
* Prepare certificates of analysis and enter analytical results into SAP
* Archive QC documentation and manage bulk sample retention
* Communicate daily non-conformities to QC Raw Materials, Bulk and Analytical Coordinators
* Receive, identify, and monitor laboratory chemicals, including COA verification
* Create and review laboratory and bulk specifications and maintain records in SAP
* Perform calibration and maintenance follow-up of laboratory equipment
* Contribute to laboratory organization, cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Degree or technical training in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific field
* Previous experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical or industrial environments
* Knowledge of microbiological and physicochemical testing methods
* Familiarity with GMP, quality systems, and regulated laboratory practices
* Experience with SAP and laboratory documentation systems is an asset
* Comfortable working with analytical techniques such as HPLC and GC
* Methodical, detail-oriented, and reliable
* Strong organizational and documentation skills
* Able to work autonomously while collaborating with QC, production, and quality teams
* Fluent in French; working knowledge of English is an advantage
