We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager VsG-Guin.WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Lead and ensure the execution of Quality Assurance at the Villars-sur-Glâne and Guin sites (non-conformities, document tracking, KPI, HACCP)- Develop, monitor, and optimize the Quality Assurance budgets for the two mentioned sites- Coordinate and prepare internal and external audits, ensure the follow-up of corrective actions, and work closely with AQ colleagues from other sites- Be responsible for deploying the quality and food safety culture- Contribute to product development in collaboration with R&D and production teams- Lead continuous working groups- Ensure the substitution of the Group Quality Manager in case of absenceWHAT YOU BRING:- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or equivalent- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the food industry with management experience in French, and good knowledge of German; English is a plus- Mastery of FSSC standards and labeling- Open to change, dynamic, and rigorous.
