We are recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and structure preventive quality within an industrial division of high-precision components in Geneva. You will play a key role from the phase of new posts, combining management, industrial excellence, and continuous improvement. As a Quality Assurance Manager, a reference industrial player in the field of watch components, strengthens its quality within its Components & Movements Division and is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for the Components Movements Division. You will drive and develop the Quality Assurance activity, aiming to strengthen preventive quality from the phase of new components and secure production objectives. In this role, you will: - Supervise, unite, and develop a team of Quality Coordinators while managing some projects directly.- Distribute the workload, validate project milestones, guide decisions, and arbitrate priorities.- Define and optimize monitoring plans based on risks and process capability.- Lead cross-functional actions with Methods, Production, and Quality services to improve processes.- Ensure compliance with standard control ranges in production.- Contribute to the definition of quality standards and best industrial practices.Profile: - Engineering background in micromechanics, industrial engineering, or equivalent (notably strong quality expertise).- Confirmed experience in team management in the watchmaking sector or precision component manufacturing; experience in the automotive industry and mastery of advanced quality assurance tools or project quality will be highly valued.- Strong knowledge of project management processes.- Good understanding of quality methodologies and tools (FMEA, control plans, capability, problem-solving).- Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP.Personal qualities: - Proactivity, ability to propose and continuous improvement mindset.- Rigorous, analytical and synthesis capabilities.- Excellent customer orientation and solution-driven mentality.Benefits: - A role at the heart of new components.- Strong cross-functional interactions with technical and production teams.- Opportunities for advancement to a service manager position.- A demanding and innovative industrial environment. jid90f81d8aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
