In the Innovation/Development department, I am looking on behalf of the client, at the headquarters in Wasen, immediately or by arrangement for a:
Quality Assurance Employee Quality Hand Tools (QHT) 80-100%
Your tasks
• Ensuring and continuously developing product and process quality along the entire value chain.
• Analysing quality deviations as well as customer and supplier complaints including initiating sustainable improvement measures.
• Supporting development, production and procurement in quality matters and contributing your expertise early on in new products and processes.
• Testing and assessing prototypes, pilot series, materials and manufacturing processes with regard to quality requirements.
• Identifying risks, supporting their minimisation and promoting continuous improvement of products, processes and interfaces.
• Participating in internal and external audits and supporting the further development of the integrated management system.
• Training and supporting employees in quality matters and promoting quality awareness within the company.
Your profile
• Technical or mechanical basic training, for example as a certified polymechanic, ideally complemented by experience in quality assurance, production or development.
• Experience in quality assurance of technical products or consumer goods.
• Knowledge of common quality methods and problem-solving tools as well as an analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Enjoy understanding causes, recognising connections and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Identification with premium products and enthusiasm for high-quality hand tools - 100% Swiss Made.
• Customer focus, initiative, flexibility and team spirit.
• Strong quality awareness, attention to detail and a keen eye for improvement opportunities.
• Confident German language skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
