As part of the Process and Organizational Development team, your role as Quality & Business Process Manager will be to lead and drive process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and operational efficiency.
We are looking for a team member who has a clear commitment to business process transformation, change management, modelling and process excellence as well as to pursue a strategy to implement best practices to develop a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Analyze, recommend, develop and implement business processes and improve their performance and maturity according to the company strategy and requirements
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end business processes into the architecture model considering the overall business process architecture approach
- Integrate the management system related requirements (e.g. safety, security) into business processes
- Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
- Strong collaboration with the enterprise quality team to enhance quality and business process management including governance documentation.
- Use data-driven insights to measure process performance. Analyze and identify opportunities that impact quality and delivery excellence.
- Advice, support and provide training to process responsible stakeholders to manage their processes efficiently and effectively to meet the highest quality standards.
- Minimum of five years' experience in an enterprise, business, or analyst role in addition to an engineering or project management role
- Strong background in business process management and quality management, knowledge of modelling languages like ArchiMate and BPMN as an advantage
- Expertise in process design methods & tools (Lean, SixSigma, CI, etc.) as a benefit
- Holistic Thinking: You view situations as part of a larger system, understanding how changes affect the whole, and approach challenges from multiple angles while considering various options
- Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
- Transformation: You lead by example, inspire others to embrace new approaches, and bring diverse groups together to find common solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and orally), good command in French and/or German
