If you identify with this profile, do not hesitate to apply to join our sports adventure!QUALIFIED SPORTS INSTRUCTORS AND MONITORSUnder the responsibility of the sports department, you will contribute to the success of the Sports & Fun camps and lead sports activities for children aged 6 to 12. You will be responsible for:- Ensuring the safety of the children at all times from their arrival until their definitive departure from the site.- Setting up and conducting all scheduled sports activities.- Being fully available from Monday to Friday and participating in the pre-camp meeting.- Promoting, facilitating, and accompanying children in sports activities.- Ensuring the smooth running of meals and the children’s activities.- Keeping attendance lists each morning and evening.- Supporting other instructors and the camp leader.- Answering any questions from parents.WE OFFER YOU:- Provided meals and loaned clothing.- An experience in supervising a camp.- A work atmosphere.REQUIREMENTS:- A J+S recommendation, ideally complemented by a BLS-AED (SRC), Brevet Plus Pool, or equivalent.- Be at least 18 years old, a Swiss citizen, or holder of a valid residence permit.- A general knowledge of sports and their teaching.- Experience in supervising minors.- A respectful behavior towards all stakeholders and the environment.- A dynamic approach, pedagogy, and team spirit.- Punctuality, good communication, and resilience to stress.- Proficiency in oral French.CAMP DATES:- From June 29 to July 3- From July 6 to July 10- From July 13 to July 17- From August 3 to August 7- From August 10 to August 14- From August 19 to August 23INFORMATION MEETING DATES:- For summer camps: June 16 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM- For the October camp: October 6 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PMSCHEDULE: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PMMAIN LOCATION:- For summer camps: Ecole de la Tambourine- For the October camp: École du Val d'ArveThe City of Carouge is committed to promoting gender equality and diversity.
