Located in a beautiful, tree-lined and peaceful setting, the MRPS is both a medico-social and residential institution. It is a living space for seniors. Founded in 1849, it has more than 300 employees and accommodates dependent elderly people (220 in EMS) and independent ones (140 in residences). To complement our multidisciplinary team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment:
Qualified HETS Activity Leader
MISSION:
- Actively participate in the development, organisation, management and evaluation of projects implemented by the Animation sector hierarchy, aimed at the fulfilment, socialisation and autonomy of residents.
- Develop activities for residents that facilitate communication, adaptation to change and more generally the implementation of a social life, including by promoting intergenerational relationships.
- Encourage expression, creativity and personal fulfilment through varied techniques: body expression, writing, multimedia, artistic, cultural and recreational activities, both internally and externally to foster a connection with society.
- Welcome new residents and inform them about the various animation possibilities, encourage relationships between residents by stimulating affinity groups.
- Participate in the residents’ life project. Know their tastes and preferences, habits, limits, resources as well as their social network to adapt programmes if necessary.
- Other specific activities according to the job description of the qualified Activity Leader.
TRAINING:
- Training as a qualified HETS Activity Leader or equivalent recognised title.
- Experience in the field of gerontology would be an asset.
- Strong interest in social work.

- You have the ability to build quality human relationships based on trust.
- You are agile, flexible, and your professional background guarantees a sense of organisation, observation and communication,
- Proficient in common office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
