The Fondation Résidence du Léman in Corseaux, a medico-social establishment with 46 beds specialising in geriatric and compatible psychogeriatric care, is looking for a

Nurse at 80-100%

The position is open to both men and women.

Your duties:

• Ensure, develop and guarantee the quality of nursing and paramedical care in collaboration with the head nurse and the IRUS
• Guarantee the quality and follow-up of delegated medical acts
• Provide care and support to residents independently
• Participate in clinical management
• Contribute to the development of the Quality approach
• Work in a multidisciplinary team and support the teams

Your profile:

• Holder of a HES diploma or an equivalent diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Additional training as a practitioner trainer, clinical evaluation or psychogeriatrics is an asset
• Proficiency in SADIES software
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Sense of responsibility and initiative
