We are a modern service provider, active throughout Switzerland in the homecare sector. We offer an innovative and personalised care concept for people with rare diseases who depend on long-term medication treatment and wish to receive it in their usual private environment. This includes the administration of infusions or injections as well as training in self-administration of medication.
To strengthen our team in Romandy, we are looking for someone immediately or by agreement
Qualified Nurse HES/ES – Part-time 50-60% – with German language skills
Your tasks
- Administration of medication at home for patients of all ages with rare diseases
- Instruction of patients or their relatives in self-administration of medication
- Independent organisation of your interventions and paperless administrative management using modern communication tools
- Participation in regional team meetings and continuing education
Your profile
- Qualified Nurse HES/ES with several years of experience in acute care, experience in emergency care, anaesthesia, paediatrics or intensive care is an advantage
- Proficiency in peripheral venous catheter insertion and experience in administering infusion therapies
- Strong sense of quality, autonomy, flexibility and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills, empathetic and respectful approach
- Fluency in French, very good knowledge of German (at least B2)
- Category B driving licence and enjoyment of driving
- Affinity with IT tools and interest in modern communication methods
- Residence in Romandy and authorisation to work in Switzerland
