Your main responsibilities will be:

• Providing nursing care in accordance with best professional practices.
• Assessing the health status of residents and participating in the development of care plans.
• Ensuring clinical follow-up and the transmission of essential information.
• Supporting residents and their relatives with professionalism and empathy.
• Working closely with care teams, doctors, and various care partners.
• Participating in the promotion of autonomy and maintaining the quality of life of residents.

Your profile

• HES Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification.
• For foreign diplomas: Swiss Red Cross (SRC) recognition mandatory.
• Previous experience in EMS, geriatrics or psychogeriatrics is a real asset.
• Sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening and empathy skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written French.
