Our establishment has a dining room that can accommodate up to 50 people as well as two rooms for your banquets that can hold up to 180 people.
We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, which guarantees you a balance between professional and personal life.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the quality standards of the Inn.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in accordance with current standards.
- Participate in the development of seasonal menus in collaboration with the Chef.
- Manage stock.
Qualifications
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in cooking.
- Proven experience as a cook in a similar establishment.
- Passion for cooking and culinary creativity.
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
