Qualified Building Mason - Class Q (M/F) Job Description: Give your know-how a new dimension: join us as a Class Q Mason and leverage your expertise for exceptional projects across the entire Lake Geneva area. Your Responsibilities: As a Class Q Mason, you will work on new construction sites (villas, buildings) or heavy construction. Your expertise allows you to manage the technical steps of major works with complete autonomy. Formwork & Concrete Work: Mastery of slab formworks (type Skydeck/Dokaflex) and wall formworks (metal formworks). Visible concrete work. Structural Masonry: Laying bricks (clay, cement), blocks, and prefabricated elements with precision. Reading & Layout: Independent reading of architect and engineer plans, axial reporting, and marking of technical openings in load-bearing walls, laying of formwork and underground works. Finishing: Laying screeds, coatings, and polished finishes with care. Job Requirements: Required Criteria: Qualification: CFC Mason (for Class Q) or equivalent degree with extensive experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience and solid knowledge of construction methods: Versatile, rigorous with levels and plumb lines, respectful of finishes.
