Your expertise allows you to lead the technical stages of the structural work with complete autonomy. Formwork & Concrete Work: Mastery of slab formworks (e.g., Skydeck/Dokaflex) and wall formworks (metal formworks).Structural Masonry: Installation of bricks (clay, cement), blocks, and prefabricated units with precision.Reading & Marking: Autonomous reading of architect and engineer plans, marking of axes, and technical reporting: openings in load-bearing walls, installation of headers, and foundation work.Finishing: Installation of screeds, coatings, and careful finishing.Job Requirements:Required Criteria:Title: CFC in Masonry (for Class Q) or equivalent title with extensive experience: Minimum 5 years of experience and solid knowledge of construction methods: Versatile, rigorous in alignment and levels, respectful of finishes.Mobility: Driving license B and personal vehicle are essential.Your Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and integration into professional teams on varied construction sites.
