QHSE ManagerAbout this offer:We are looking on behalf of our client, an actor in the industrial sector, for a:QHSE ManagerUnder the direct supervision of the Director, you will ensure the safety of personnel while guaranteeing the excellence of the site. Your missions will revolve around the following areas:- Steering: Optimize and maintain the integrated system (ISO standards).- Compliance guarantee: Ensure strict adherence to Swiss environmental regulations and QHSE standards in terms of quality and safety.- Prevention and safety: Promote risk prevention at work and lead the safety culture among teams.- Improvement process: Manage internal audits, handle non-conformities, and supervise the deployment of improvement plans.Profile soughtYou have a higher technical education, complemented by experience. You have solid experience in the industrial sector (expertise in electronics is a plus). You speak French fluently and English. Your analytical mind, combined with leadership, allows you to easily engage teams on QHSE topics.Personality and skillsYou stand out for your great autonomy and know how to be proactive.
