On behalf of one of our industrial clients recognized for their know-how and quality requirements, we are looking for a Quality Control Manager (H/F/D). In an exciting technical environment, you play a central role in ensuring product compliance and continuous processes.MISSION DESCRIPTIONWithin the company, you will take responsibility for the Quality Control department and ensure the compliance of products as well as adherence to internal and regulatory standards. Your role consists of ensuring the reliability of controls throughout the production process, from the receipt of goods to the final product. You will supervise all quality control activities, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections. In close collaboration with production teams, you contribute to ensuring a smooth process and actively participate in defining quality procedures and work instructions. In a continuous improvement mindset, you analyze non-conformities, implement necessary corrective and preventive actions, and strive to avoid any recurrence. You will also manage equipment calibration and follow-up while participating in analyses when necessary. Monitoring quality and preparing performance reports are integral parts of your role to guide the activity and direct quality improvement efforts.As a responsible leader, you will manage and develop the Quality Control team through training and skills development. You will ensure regulatory compliance and lead internal and external audits along with the tracking of associated corrective actions. This role involves close collaboration with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to effectively resolve quality-related issues and continuously adapt the department’s activities to meet business requirements.You hold a qualification in chemistry lab technician, engineering in chemistry, biology, life sciences, or equivalent. You have solid experience in quality control in an industrial environment, including several years in a supervisory role. You master quality standards and auditing methodologies, particularly in regulated environments such as ISO, and have good knowledge applicable to quality control processes. You are recognized for your analytical skills, rigor, and ability to find practical solutions in demanding technical environments. You also possess project management skills and know how to rally teams around quality objectives.You have good knowledge of at least two of the three following languages: French, German, or English.
