Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop the QA Project Management team
* Ensure Quality deliverables are met for all major milestones, especially Tech Transfer and Process Validation

Manage and resolve high-risk compliance issues (deviations, change controls, and regulatory matters)

Act as the Senior QA Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing risk-based decisions across all manufacturing and support departments

* BSc/MSc in Science, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
* Quality Assurance, Advanced Level 10-15 years.
* Managing Direct Reports, Advanced Level 10-15 years.
* English business fluent (written and spoken) is required.
