We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients:Delegated Buyer - 5-month assignmentYour mission:For one of our clients, a renowned watch manufacturer, we are looking for a Delegated Buyer for a 5-month temporary assignment, starting at the beginning of August.Your missions:- Work in a team with the Buyer as part of supplier monitoring.- Provide support under defined conditions.- Guarantee the quality of master data in consistency with the standards defined in the various systems used.- Manage calls for tenders in support of the buyer.- Process and track orders with suppliers and internal clients.- Ensure the monitoring of delivery times for all orders placed, in coordination with suppliers and other stakeholders.- Maintain regular exchanges with suppliers for the monitoring of action plans.- Contribute to the performance of the department (monitoring and continuous improvement of processes to increase efficiency).- Participate in various processes, roadmaps, and cross-functional projects (sustainability, etc.).Your profile:- Commercial education or equivalent.- A successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar function.- French speaker with good knowledge of English.- Mastery of standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.- Great capacity for analysis and synthesis.- Excellent communication with suppliers and clients.- Organized and precise person.- Good team spirit.- Efficient and able to work autonomously. jidb17920baen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
