The Watchmaking division is active in the design, development, and production of dials, cases, and mechanical movements. To lead our purchasing for our Watchmaking activities in Switzerland, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager.Reporting to the Director, you will play an essential role in defining and deploying the global purchasing strategy of Bulgari Horlogerie, covering direct and indirect purchases, procurement, and the due diligence of our partners, in order to guarantee performance in terms of costs, quality, service, and CSR compliance. You will interact, through the various subjects managed, with numerous stakeholders from different departments based within Bulgari Horlogerie and also within Bulgari Jewelry, other watchmaking houses, and the LVMH group. Cross-functional management and human resources are an important component of the mission. The position is based in Neuchâtel and requires travel to our manufacturing sites in Switzerland and to our suppliers.- Strategy and management of purchasing: Define and lead the purchasing strategy for all categories (direct and indirect) in line with the objectives of Bulgari and the LVMH group.- Optimize the partner portfolio and costs without compromising quality, deadlines, and continuity of supply.- Direct purchases: Animate and steer the performance plan of our partners regarding Development, Quality, and Supply Chain.- Indirect purchases: Identify opportunities and manage indirect expenses, for both new needs and recurring expenses.- Procurement: Ensure the alignment of procurement between the different manufacturing sites, allowing for the minimization of shortages and optimization of risks while obtaining the best costs.- Due diligence and value chain management: Maintain a rigorous due diligence framework for the evaluation and selection of new partners and participate in the continuous improvement of our standards in coordination with the teams of other LVMH group houses.- Evaluate and manage the risks of our partners (financial, ethical, social, environmental, etc.) across the entire supply chain, with a focus on transparency and traceability up to the first tiers, in coordination with the CSR teams of Bulgari and other houses.- Ensure compliance with the social, environmental, and quality standards of Bulgari and the LVMH Group, and manage the challenges of reducing scope 3 emissions with partners.- Supplier relationship management: Develop and maintain solid and sustainable relationships with key partners.- Build sustainable partnerships based on trust, performance, and transparency.- Team and cross-functional management: Supervise and develop a team of 2 people.- Define priorities, structure the activity, and ensure the development of skills and collective performance, particularly in a cross-functional manner with the Supply Chain managers of each manufacturing site and the respective purchasing/procurement teams.ProfileGraduate in engineering with a specialization in Purchasing/Supply Chain, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function in the industrial sector. Fluent in French, you have a command of English.
