In the context of growth and strengthening our supply chain, we are looking for a responsible person capable of securing our flows, structuring suppliers, and growing an engaged team. Job Description You report to management and are responsible for defining and steering the company's supply chain with a strong managerial dimension and priorities: Secure supplies in a demanding industrial environment. Develop and structure a panel of suppliers in Switzerland and abroad while ensuring cost, quality, deadlines, and compliance. Implement, monitor, and steer KPIs and advance the team by raising the level of skills and working closely with the supply chain, production, and experience. Federal diploma of specialist in procurement, supply chain, or equivalent. Failing that, solid experience (5 to 10 years) in a role with responsibilities can compensate. Experience in watchmaking or a closely related industrial sector (metallurgy, precision mechanics) is highly appreciated. Required Skills Leadership & posture. Proven experience in team management. Adaptable leadership, solution-oriented. Macro-manager, able to take a step back while supporting their team. Analytical, sense of responsibility, positive and constructive. Technical Skills Proficiency in an ERP, SAP is one of the incoterms. Supply chain and transverse sensitivity. APICS / ASCM certifications are a plus. Professional English is essential.
