The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing and asset management as well as IT services.

Mission:

• Ensure the quality, reliability and governance of purchasing data to provide a solid basis for strategic decisions;
• Design and develop dashboards, performance indicators and analyses (spend, savings, forecasts) to support purchasing management;
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and automate processes through digital solutions (Power Automate, RPA, ERP D365);
• Act as Key User of the Purchasing module of the ERP by providing level 2 support and participating in tool evolutions and testing phases;
• Work closely with Purchasing, IT, Finance and business teams to harmonise data, coordinate needs and ensure process consistency across the Group;
• Ensure the consistency and updating of the purchasing document library, as well as prepare and coordinate internal and external audits by guaranteeing compliance, traceability and availability of information.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent training;
• Experience in a Purchasing environment and/or in creating dashboards and reporting tools is an asset;
• Excellent command of Power BI, advanced Excel (Power Query), SQL, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the Microsoft Office suite;
• Analytical mind, rigour, autonomy, organisational skills and ease in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
