As part of a 3-month temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, a

Your mission:

• Ensure the follow-up of portfolios (reminders, management of backorders, shortages, deadlines) and reschedule if necessary,
• Ensure the loading of orders into the Jaggaer Extranet,
• Enter data into the SAP purchasing information system: orders, price and deadline changes,
• Process invoices,
• Promote Patek Philippe values with our suppliers.

Required technical skills:

• Good understanding of logistics flows.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally SAP or another ERP.
• Knowledge of watch components is a plus (dials, hands, leather and composite straps).
• Excellent command of Excel.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as Commercial Employee or Logistician or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, rigour, analytical and synthesis skills, proactive attitude.
