Description

You will ensure the processing and operational follow-up of orders, from the receipt of the requirement to delivery and acceptance, ensuring deadlines are met, information is reliable and good coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Receive purchase requests and issue orders
- Ensure follow-up of supplier confirmations, deadlines, deliveries and receipts
- Chase suppliers and promptly report discrepancies or delays
- Ensure consistency between order, receipt and invoice
- Contribute to data reliability and compliance with procurement processes
- Provide responsive support to operational teams in the daily follow-up of orders
Profile
- Experience in procurement, purchase administration or similar role
- Experience in a technical, industrial or project environment appreciated
- Good command of order tracking and ERP / Excel tools
- Rigour, organisational skills, responsiveness and a service mindset
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage several topics simultaneously
